Dear Hazlet Hammerheads Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the 2024 summer swim season! 

We have exciting news to report with a new way to communicate and manage the team. The Monmouth County Swim Conference, which Hazlet swim team is a part of, purchased a license for each of the 6 swim teams with SwimTopia. We have created a Hazlet Swim Team website and will be using this format to communicate with all Parents/Guardians for; email blasts, schedules, swim meet registrations, volunteer sign up, etc. I have added all of you to the website, so you should have received notification. Stay tuned for future communications and updates.

Regarding the Hazlet swim team coach, we are happy to report that Coach Jim will be leading our swim team again this year and planning to bring on a couple assistant coaches, so tell your swimmers to be ready for a fun summer swim season.

Since SwimTopia is new to us, I'm sure there will be a few bumps in the road as we utilize this new management system, so please have a little patience. We want to make this a good experience for you and your swimmers, so please provide any input you feel will make this experience successful.

We do need volunteers to make this work and hope to have your support to make this a success.  Also, feel free to forward this information to anyone that is interested in the Hazlet Swim team.
